[WEB SECURITY] Hackvertor

Hi all

I've wrote a conversion tool to help testing XSS filters, it's 
called Hackvertor. I plan to expand it to enable nested tags and 
even XSS creation. It works by using placeholder tags for example:-
<a href="{hex}javascript:alert(1){/hex}">Test</a>

Any comments or feedback would be appreciated, the tool can be
