[WEB SECURITY] Intrusion Detection with Heterogenous Sensors

Hey Guys,

I finished my study thesis "Intrusion Detection with Heterogenous 
Sensors". It is kind of a Best Practice, a distributed IDS consisting of 
several heterogenous sensors (Sniffers, Honeypots etc) that I have 
deployed at my University. Every single sensor has been enabled to 
report into one centralized console for data aggregation and management. 
Selected security incidents can automatically be forwarded to the 
appropriate persons in charge. It is very modular and we can and will 
extend it in various ways in the near future.
